Key Account Manager
Working Place: HCMC
A Key Account Manager (KAM) plays a crucial role in managing relationships in consumer healthcare sectors with key accounts & strategic partnership as large retail chains, pharmacies, or healthcare providers nationwide.
Responsibilities:
Key Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts. Act as the primary point of contact for managing client’s satisfaction, promotion execution and business operation in accordance with company strategy.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to track progress against objectives.
Negotiation & Contract Management:
- Be in charge of negotiation the contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure all agreements comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Play the crucial gate keeper in controlling the selling price term and condition in in accordance with company business strategy.
Product Knowledge & Training:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
- Provide training and support to key accounts on product features and benefits.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on account performance.
- Analyze sales data and market feedback to inform business strategies.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery to key accounts.
- Coordinate promotional activities and product launches with key accounts.
Customer Service & Support:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the consumer healthcare industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
