Key Account Executive: Focus on Wholesales Chain (HCMC) & Small Pharmacy Chain

Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key wholesale and pharmacy chain customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for account issues, inquiries, and contract negotiations.

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet the unique needs of wholesale and pharmacy chain partners.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across the account portfolio.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand competitive landscape and customer needs.
  • Utilize insights to recommend product offerings and marketing strategies.

Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management regarding account activities and sales forecasts.

Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key wholesale and pharmacy chain customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for account issues, inquiries, and contract negotiations.

Performance Tracking:

  • Set and track performance metrics to ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Be an active and proactive key member of the Commercial team
  • Create a sense of common purpose across local commercial teams and cross-functional teams and share business/sales imperatives, by establishing clear and positive messages about what needs to be achieved.
  • Closely working with external partners and internal stakeholders to support training initiatives.

 

REQUIRMENT

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management - pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record in managing wholesale and corporate accounts.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
