Key Account Executive: Mekong (Focus on Can Tho, An Giang, Tien Giang)

Ensure the access to innovative medicines through optimizing Hospital Tender quota/listing process and solving all product supply issues.

 

Accountabilities

Customer management

  • Develop long-term relationship with key decision makers within the customers as well as key HC associations
  • Maintain regular contact with decision makers
  • Ensure that Stada product input into all hospital tenders and listing with appropriate quota
  • Liaise with marketing group to ensure optimal tenders & listing
  • In conjunction with Field Force and Marketing propose bundling solutions for Key Accounts
  • Strengthen trust & credibility through the Stada Code of Conduct

 

Key account business planning

  • Develop account specific strategies and tactics to support the achievement of business targets
  • Allocate and manage operational, promotional and capital budgets throughout business cycle.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and build account plan business.
  • Monitor, report & analyze performance metrics which express the effectiveness and efficiency of the key account function to ensure actual performance is in line with strategic and business objectives
  • Develop base strategy for each therapy area across the groups above

REQUIRMENT

  • Medicine & Pharmacy University degree; master’s degree preferable
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in various aspects of Sales or Tender, at least 2 years’ experience in equivalent position in a pharmaceutical organization (preferably MNC).
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Good business sense.
