Position Overview:

We’re hiring an IT Business Partner in Cairo to lead IT strategy execution and digital enablement for MENA. The ITBP will own IT operations for ERP/CRM and digital tools, deliver high-impact projects, and partner with clusters leadership teams to drive growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

IT Strategy Execution

  1. Align local IT initiatives with STADA Group’s global and regional strategies.
  2. Ensure that IT capabilities support commercial goals, including sales, marketing, and customer engagement; and translate business needs into clear IT initiatives with defined business cases, scope, timelines, and success metrics.
  3. Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, C&P, Finance, and Supply Chain to identify technology opportunities that increase revenue, and business productivity.

 

IT Operations & Infrastructure

  1. Own day-to-day IT operations and service delivery, ensuring high availability, performance, and resilience across networks, endpoints, servers, and cloud services.
  2. Oversee lifecycle management for enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, DMS, eDetailing) including upgrades, integrations, change control, and end-user support.
  3. Drive standardization and adoption of Group IT platforms while accommodating local/regulatory requirements.

 

Compliance & Security

  1. Drive cybersecurity initiatives to protect company data and intellectual property, in coordination with global IT security teams.
  2. Implement local processes to ensure IT compliance adherence and continuity.

 

Project and Budget Management

  1. Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects and programs across the MENA clusters, using appropriate methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/hybrid).
  2. Manage the IT budget, forecast, and cost optimization initiatives; track ROI and total cost of ownership.
  3. Provide regular reporting on KPIs, risks, dependencies, and progress to local leadership and Group IT.

 

Stakeholder and Vendor Management

  1. Act as the local liaison between local operations and STADA IT operations teams.
  2. Manage third-party vendors, consultants, and service providers, ensuring quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not required).
  2. 5+ years of progressive IT experience with 2 years in a leadership or project lead role, ideally supporting commercial or retail functions.
  3. Good knowledge of enterprise applications and integrations, especially ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365), and exposure to data and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI).
  4. Demonstrated success delivering cross-functional projects across multiple geographies and stakeholders.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in a multinational, matrixed organization; pharma/FMCG or regulated industry exposure is a plus.
  2. Familiarity with Middle East regulatory environment and standards (e.g., KSA PDPL, NCA, CITC) and global frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR awareness).
  3. Certifications: ITIL v4, PMP/Prince2, Agile/Scrum, and/or security certifications (e.g., CISSP) are advantageous.
  4. Arabic and English fluency preferred, strong stakeholder communication and vendor negotiation skills.
