IT Associate (Eurasia/Baltics)

 

 

Position Overview:

The IT Associate is responsible for providing comprehensive IT support to ensure the efficient operation of business technology. This role involves troubleshooting, systems maintenance, and project support within the IT department.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Provide first-line response for users requiring assistance with IT issues and problems.

System Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance of IT systems, including software installations, updates, and hardware configurations.

Security: Assist in implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.

Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all IT systems and issues.

Project Assistance: Provide support to IT projects from development through successful implementation.

User Training: Assist in the training of staff on new technologies and systems.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an IT support role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and MacOS, basic understanding of network configurations, and knowledge of IT security practices.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Russian is required to support a diverse team and client base.

Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under minimal supervision.

Adaptability: Capable of adapting to rapidly changing technologies and environments.
