About the Role:
As a Production Engineer, you will provide essential technical support to our production operations. You will take ownership and responsibility for the availability and performance of our production equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Key responbilities include but are not limited to:
- Operational Efficiency: Perform setup, changeover, breakdown repair, and running adjustments to maximize operating time.
- Effective Maintenance: Maintain equipment to ensure maximum production time and optimal 'as new' running condition.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Lead initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and output.
- Develop and implement new procedures and improvements.
- Breakdown Management:
- Respond rapidly to breakdowns and communicate downtime duration.
- Collaborate with team members and external resources to resolve issues.
- New Equipment and Product Introduction:
- Support the selection, installation, and commissioning of new equipment.
- Ensure successful introduction of new products and components.
- Quality and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines and maintain departmental documentation in line with MHRA and BSI requirements.

- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
