Role Purpose


This is a newly developed role as our team expands, to build trusted category partnerships with retailers through helping them understand their performance and developing recommendations that generate category growth as well as increase our market share. 

Working closely with our sales and marketing teams, your commercial acumen combined with your strong analytical and relationship building skills, will help to drive our future NPD strategy and increase product listings with our retail partners. Keeping the shopper at the heart of the business, you’ll be able to influence internal strategy, from category visions through to innovation plans and execution in store.

  • Category management/Insight experience within a supplier, agency or a retailer (OR experience working in FMCG data driven sales and/or marketing roles)
  • Highly numerate and analytical. Ability to analyse large volumes of complex information, interpret and condense into simple and actionable insights.
  • Strong story-telling ability, creating concise and persuasive recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships within the sales and marketing teams as well as externally with customers.
  • Highly organised with good planning skills and the ability to manage priorities across multiple categories.
