Role Purpose

 

With P&L responsibility, you will manage all aspects of marketing across the full product lifecycle,

delivering sales and profit targets through the creation and execution of strategic and tactical marketing plans. Key focus will be launching profitable and innovative NPD via working with Insights and Category teams, managing brand positioning and communications to both consumer and trade audiences; and working closely with the CHC Sales Team to develop and implement joint business plans. Managing STADA’s largest global CHC brand (Nizoral), this role requires close alignment and collaboration with our international / global teams.

 

This busy role will suit an existing Senior Brand Manager or a very experienced Brand Manager with strong track record in launching NPD, looking to develop their skills and ready to take advantage of new opportunities to grow.

  • A talented marketer with exposure to full marketing mix across classic and digital activations.
  • Project management experience working with cross functional teams, with a focus on delivering NPD/EPD.
  • Experience of trade marketing / selling to UK health and beauty and grocery retailers (in conjunction with Key Account Sales teams).
  • Excellent communication skills to enable collaborative working with cross functional internal stakeholders such as Regulatory and Key Account Sales
  • Commercially savvy with well-developed analytical skills to track performance and provide market insights
  • Brand budget experience ideally
