How you can make an impact:

Due to rapid business growth and expansion of distribution, this is a newly created role reporting into the VP of Consumer Healthcare, to establish a Net Revenue Management function and working in partnership with the sales and marketing teams, you’ll drive profitable growth for the business via efficient allocation and optimisation of gross-to-net (G2N) investment.

 You will have responsibility for:

 

  • Deploying G2N investment strategy for the Consumer Healthcare business and support implementation with Sales leadership team to ensure delivery of sales and G2N in line with target.

 

  • Identify growth potential by channel and key Customer, using this to define priorities for investment in the medium term.

 

  • Develop Pricing strategy to maximise net revenue and EBITDA and working with Marketing to develop clear price positioning for key brands vs key competitors.

 

  • Understand the mix impact on profitability according to Budget and market dynamics. Identify opportunities to improve sales/profitability through interventions on channel, customer and SKU.

  • Preferably relevant business/analytics focused degree.
  • A solid track record of driving sales and profit in the FMCG sector with specific experience of working in data driven sales, marketing, category, strategy revenue or strategy and analytics roles.
  • A strong track record of change leadership as the role holder will play a pivotal part in shaping the Consumer Healthcare business strategy.
  • Advanced analytical and data management skills.
  •  The ability to communicate, influence and partner effectively with senior stakeholders as the role holder will create the customer segmentation and investment priorities.
