About the Role:
The role of a Process Worker is responsible for the operation of manufacturing equipment to produce bulk products (creams, liquids & ointments), in alignment with local procedures. They must ensure that they meet the expected quality standards and deadlines, while ensuing high levels of Health & Safety and maintained throughout. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Set and maintain a high standard of work, communication, and consideration for fellow workers across shifts.
- Provide support to the Senior Process Worker on a daily basis to perform tasks required to meet the production targets in the most efficient and timely manner
- Provide coaching and advice to other Process Workers leading to continually improving efficiency, standards of current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), safety and quality
- Contribute to the efficient and effective production / Manufacture of Finished Licensed and Special products in accordance with written procedures (Work Orders/Departmental Instructions/SOPs)
- Ensure that the recording of tasks and events on work orders and associated in-process documentation is carried out in real time and accurately
- Perform any other ancillary tasks allocated by line management

- GCSE’s or equivalent in Math’s and English
- Moderate IT skills
- Experience in working in a controlled GMP environment
- Previous experience of working with a quality management systems
