 How you can make an impact:

 

The role holder is responsible for managing the generation of artwork for all changes to packaging for new product launches or changes to existing products. Working closely with internal functions such as Marketing and Regulatory, you will coordinate all the technical requirements for packaging artwork and then work closely with our external design agencies, contract manufacturers and printers to ensure all deadlines are met. The role also involves the creation of EANs and barcodes using specific systems. The role holder will also need to manage artwork projects at both a local and global level so will need to be able to collaborate effectively with international colleagues.

  • Excellent attention to detail with a thorough and logical approach to proof reading
  • Strong planning and organising skills and able to thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Have a strong focus on record / data management and data accuracy
  • Experience of SAP or similar ERP systems. Experience of artwork management systems would be highly desirable
  • Experience of dealing with multiple spreadsheets and have the skill to extract relevant data from various sources and databases
  • Ability to multi-task and deal with differing activities on a daily basis
  • Be a self-starter and be able to use own initiative to resolve problems
  • Customer focused approach with the ability to build strong working relationships and influence and negotiate effectively with internal stakeholders
