About the Role:

As UK Master Data Manager, your role is a strategic position reporting into the In-House UK Supply Chain Head. This role will shape, drive & lead to support our ambitious plans for the digital transformation & management of our master data governance (MDG).

 

In your role, you will assume a pivotal position in driving the success of several crucial projects that are integral to our organisation's growth and operational excellence. These projects include MRP2 (Manufacturing Resource Planning), NPIP (New Product Introduction Process), STEP up to SAP, Maestro (Global Master Data Transformation), 1P! (Global Portfolio Management Solution), and the S/4 HANA Migration.

 

Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring the effective execution and achievement of milestones in these initiatives, ultimately leading our organisation towards enhanced efficiency, innovation, and strategic transformation. Your expertise and leadership will play a critical role in shaping the future success of these projects and, by extension, the overall success of our organisation.

 

The UK TechOps Master Data role is vital in assisting the business to achieve success, with responsibility for defining the MDG and framework for our future master data solution, taking into consideration our current and future ERP landscape, with the aim of reframing and harmonising the master data processes.

 

You will comply with all Health & Safety requirements and other SOP’s relevant to the role.

  • Strong experience in SAP Master Data Management (SAP MDG preferred) as a User or IT admin role.
  • Ideally degree qualified in a relevant area e.g., business administration
  • Experience in SAP MDG or other MDG solutions
  • Experience in SAP Master Data Processes
  • Good understanding of architectural options for Master Data systems
  • A positive & pragmatic leader who has experience in a Business Application Management delivery role, (with a high focus in SAP ECC6 / ERP & digitalisation)
  • A strong leader capable of managing multiple teams & cross functional teams within a GxP Manufacturing environment
