About the Role:

Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team that thrives on innovation, excellence, and strategic influence in technology and operations? STADA is looking for a dynamic, experienced UK IT Business Partner - TechOps to join our Operational Leadership Team (OLT) and drive technological advancements in our manufacturing processes.

 

The UK IT Business Partner – TechOps (IT BP) has the overall responsibility to serve as the strategic interface with the Operational Leadership Team (OLT) for the purpose of business technology strategy development, demand management, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management.

 

The IT BP proactively serves as a “trusted advisor” and is the primary point of contact to all OLT members for Technology related topics. The role operates as the key business contact ensuring the IT department provide the agreed services and capabilities. The IT BP provides support in delivering business solutions that meet the needs of the TechOps organisation. The IT BP focus on strategic initiatives and planning activities for their business area. The role strives to understand market challenges, including customer priorities and competitive issues. The ITBP is proactive and anticipatory in their thinking and provides significant value to TechOps. The IT BP will facilitate the investment intake process & the high-level planning & execution of business initiatives using technology. The ITBP has a lead role in enabling the business to achieve their objectives through the effective use of technology.

  • Bachelor’s degree or significant IT and industry-specific experience
  • Vast experience in IT, with preferred ERP experience (ideally SAP S4/Hana)
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably healthcare manufacturing
  • Proven management and leadership experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to bridge technology with business needs.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
