STADA UK Thornton & Ross – Graduate Commercial Excellence Executive

Huddersfield | United Kingdom (GB) | Full-time | 12-month Fixed-Term Contract   

In this role, you will help drive business performance by transforming data into actionable insights, thereby empowering the Rx sales teams to achieve their commercial goals. You will be expected to crunch the numbers but also provide added value and insightful advice and recommendations for the Rx promoted brands.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Enable sales team performance through data-driven insights on performance trends.
• Continuously improve and challenge current performance evaluation processes with smarter and relevant solutions.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively across departments, ensuring clarity and consistency in insight delivery.
• Provide insightful business intelligence to guide commercial strategy and decision-making.
• Support data initiatives across the Commercial Excellence team, including increased automation and data autonom.

What We Are Looking For

• A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree at grade 2:1 or above and three A-grade A levels.
• Career ambition to move into a commercial role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and quickly develop rapport with others.
• Curiosity and a growth mindset.
• Good analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of adaptability.
