How you can make an impact:
Based at the Linthwaite office of our large manufacturing site and reporting into VP Operations UK and also supporting 2 other Directors, this is a critical position to support our senior management team with the smooth running of the office and providing day-to-day administrative support including preparing and collating meeting agendas, reports and presentations. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast paced and varied environment, enabling our senior team to focus on meeting their business goals and objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Extensive diary management for VP Operations UK and Director Supply Chain UK, arranging all their meetings, and supporting the Director of Product Development, Regulatory and Medical Affairs with meetings where required.
- Arrange and facilitate offsite meetings, Team Awaydays and events for Directors /site.
- Coordinate Factory Tours and Global visits to site including arranging hotels, transfers, agendas, meeting rooms and associated hospitality.
- Working closely with Head of Communications to support in creating and delivering clear and simple business communications to promote site events, engagement campaigns and raise awareness of business performance at our Linthwaite manufacturing site.
- Arranging Directors’ domestic and international travel plans.

- A previous successful track record in an Executive Assistant/PA role reporting directly to senior management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment and prioritise accordingly.
- A proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
