About the Role:
In this newly created role, you will support the sales and commercial teams across both the Consumer Healthcare and Rx divisions with high-quality insight and accurate, current data to help identify opportunities for Stada UK and our customers to efficiently meet the needs of a broad range of consumers and patients.
In this role, on a day-to-day basis you will:
- Manage and maintain key business performance reporting systems based on weekly category sales & stock data downloaded from online portals of our external suppliers, major retailers and pharmacy wholesalers for both the Consumer Healthcare and Rx divisions in Stada UK.
- Update and distribute key business reports measuring performance of our new products across both Rx and Consumer Healthcare divisions based on data downloads from retailer and distributor portals.
- Generate and proactively share insight from specific data systems & portals including for Consumer Healthcare from retailers’ loyalty card & sales databases and for Rx from patient & medication records. Learn how to master the different systems to help Stada UK gain the maximum benefits from our investment into these services.
- Visit stores, search online and use industry sources to monitor and track market retail price changes, promotions and new products by Stada UK main competitor brands across both the Consumer Healthcare and Rx divisions. Compile the results into clear outputs to help commercial teams adapt our plans in response.
- Create compelling output to help sales teams engage customers including by working with Category Mangers to build merchandising recommendations for Consumer Healthcare categories using planogram software showing the impact of our recommended changes in their stores.

- A recent graduate with a strong academic record (minimum university degree (2:1) and three A grade A levels).
- Career ambition to move into a commercial role within two years.

- Good analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of adaptability.
