How you can make an impact:

 

We are seeking experienced strategically focused account management professionals to drive sales and growth and act as the single point of contact, for our customers working across Trusts and ICSs. Reporting into the Regional Business Manager, your key focus will be on building partnerships with key stakeholders and applying a targeted approach to account planning, focusing on high-opportunity accounts, maximising sales potential and optimal formulary positioning to achieve mutual outcomes to create a win: win for NHS, Patients and STADA.

 

What we are looking for:

 

  • Ideally educated to degree level and ABPI qualified.
  • In-depth knowledge of the NHS structure, policy, processes, and key governing bodies, including an extensive understanding of the secondary care market, formulary inclusion process and the healthcare system.
  • A proven track record of sales success of branded secondary care products in the pharma industry and experience of selling to key stakeholders across trusts and ICS.
  • Experience working with biosimilars and/or renal medicine is preferred.
  • Account planning and project management skills to drive execution of account plans, initiatives and deliver pull-through to deliver sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and able to interpret market data, identify trends, and develop targeted account strategies leveraging data and evidence and able to mitigate risk.
