HRBP MANAGER - COMMERCIAL - HCMC

  1. ROLE PURPOSE

Reporting to the Head of HR Vietnam, the role will work in the capacity of an individual contributor with full responsibility to partner with the businesses across Commercial Non-TechOps including Sales, Trade, Marketing, E-commerce and corporate supporting functions.  The role exists to drive workforce performance efficiencies across the firm and play both a hands-on and strategic role to ensure the business is well supported on all HR agenda and the assigned unit(s) performs towards achieving the business target ambition. In this role, the HRBP Manager is responsible for designing and implementing interventions to achieve assigned workforce business performance, and focusing on deploying all the learning and development solutions based on the business needs.

  1. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY

                  HR Strategy

  • Business acumen of pharmaceuticals and life sciences industry, understanding challenges and opportunities.
  • Understand people strategies and organization challenges of partnered functions (Sales, Trade and Marketing) and enable to build an integrated HR plan to support business through HR core activities and operations (e.g. sales performance management, talent development, retention, growth mindset culture, change management culture, etc.).
  • Contribute to the organization design (skills, resources, processes) to suit business challenges and HR strategy.

 

           HR Business Partner

  • Drive excellent Team performance, monitoring sales and marketing team performance and incentives scheme.  Propose solutions to address rewards issues to be competitive and motivating.
  • Propose and deploy efficient HR solutions in support of the delivery of Net Sales and financial key performances in partnering with commercial teams.
  • Listen, communicate and resolve people issues with stakeholders in a good and professional manner.
  • Carry out relevant dynamic reports and analysis to HRD and management as basis for improvement.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition team to provide the right fit talents, build core talents, and development of talents.
  • Monitor the change patterns actual vs plan in personnel cost for Commercial and implement corrective actions.
  • Other common activities: Employee Life cycle.

 

           Workforce efficiency

  • Work with HR Head in people interventions including workforce efficiency improvement and optimization
  • Carry out workforce planning (WFP) to ensure resource capability and critical competencies to deliver business growth

 

           People Development

  • Administer the organization's training programs in accordance with the organization’s L&D plan to enhance the Team capability in response of business growth delivery.
  • Assist in building the sales and marketing capability, skills assessment together with L&D team
  • Promote the learning culture in the team and ensuring IDP completion and execution.
  • Measure the success of training

 

           Employee Engagement through CARE Culture

  • Support in employee engagement plan and deployment in the assigned teams to drive Employer of Choice for the Company
  • Actively support Employer Branding and CARE culture EVP both internally and externally.
  • Actively support in building high-performing culture and growth mindset

 

           HR In One Team Initiatives - One STADA

  • Support HR initiatives / projects / programs relating to the deployment of corporate programs, business transformation, change management, staff events
  • Work as a team with HR operations to ensure the HR quality services to the business in the following aspects, but not all inclusive in terms of Talent acquisition, Employer branding, Administration of compensation and benefits, Internal Communication.

 

      V. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration. Post-graduate work a plus.
  • At least 8 years solid human resource management experience.
  • Preferably with experience in MNC in Pharmaceuticals / Consumer Goods.
  • Strong partnering experience to Commercial-oriented organization.
  • Strong understanding of HR as a business function.
  • Passion in learning and working closely with Commercial Team.
  • Good command of English, maturity, strong leadership and good interpersonal skill.
  • Analytical. Make good judgement.
  • Customer-oriented.
  • Influence others.
  • Strong HR technical knowledge.
