Global Treasury Operations Associate

About the job:
Join Hemofarm as a Treasury Associate, where you'll oversee daily cash management and liquidity planning. You'll handle payment transactions, create treasury invoices in SAP, and support monthly accounting activities. Additionally, you'll assist with financial audits and maintain our Treasury Management System, ensuring all documentation and reporting deadlines are met.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily cash management, daily accounting clearings, short-term liquidity planning and support the execution of all payment transactions in line with our policies.
- From control and confirmation to settlement i.e. fx deals: in your role, you handle all transactions relating to our treasury products.
- You will create and process treasury invoices/notes in SAP to ensure a smooth process.
- You will execute monthly accounting close activities and deliverables (i.e. review account reconciliations and assist in reporting).
- Active assist with financial audit preparations and audit process.
- You will support the maintenance, administration and development of the Treasury Management System
- Supervise the liquidity planning allocations (actuals) to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
- Maintain proper documentation of monthly data and analysis.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in similar roles.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance or a comparable qualification.
- Completed certification in accounting, Finance, Business, or International Accounting.
- High team spirit and a hands-on mentality.
- Proven analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy to ensure high-quality and precise work outcomes.
- Experience in the SAP R3 environment and/or S4HANA.
- Experience in using finance systems and MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- Written and oral fluency in English.
- Knowledge of German is preferable
