Global Supply Chain Analyst

About role:
Global Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for the management and optimization of global Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (KPI) across the STADA group.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for monthly data analysis, regular data reviews and reporting of global Performance Metrics to support efficient Supply Chain Management with involved stakeholders (e.g. STADA Affiliates, Global Demand and Supply Planning)
- You will be in charge of ad hoc data analysis or risk evaluation to support data-driven decisions of management and users
- You will visualize KPIs & reports by using standard tools and methods (e.g. in PowerBI or Alteryx)
- You will support the conceptual development and implementation of new reporting approaches to further optimize STADA’s Supply Chain processes
- You develop and create documentations and working instructions for global governance
You support the creation of documentations / working instructions for global governance of SC metrics or SC master data - You support development, implementation or enhancement of Supply Chain KPIs and database systems or tools (SAP, Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI) to further increase the transparency of complex data & processes
Requirements:
- You have a degree in supply chain, business or informatics / information technology
- You bring several years of international work experience in Supply Chain Management / Supply Chain Controlling / analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
- You are experienced in data analysis, reporting and statistics and you are very familiar with MS Office (especially Excel) – ideally you have experience with BI Tools and database systems, such as Tableau, PowerBI or Alteryx
- You show knowledge in the development and implementation of reports / dashboards
- You are able to structure complex data & facts in an easy-to-understand fashion
- You show a solution-orientated behavior with a highly dedicated commitment and a high sense of flexibility
- You are a team-player with a high level of service orientation
- Fluent in English (German is an advantage)
