Global Static Data Management Expert Associate

About job:

Global Static Data Management Expert Associate will be responsible for the preparation, mapping, and maintenance of systems and processes within our laboratory program, specifically focusing on the Global LIMS from LabWare (LIMS = Laboratory Information Management System).

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and create master data entries in the Global LIMS, ensuring that all data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date while implementing business, regulatory, and laboratory requirements
• Collaborating with teams to ensure alignment on specifications
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Analyze local processes and integrate them into a global context, demonstrating competence in harmonizing data and specifications across different regions
• Establish clear channels of communication among cross-functional teams to ensure that all stakeholders are informed
• Prepare, map, and oversee systems and processes related to quality management while ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards
• Provide 3rd level support for troubleshooting LIMS-related issues in the area of expertise
• Investigate and evaluate errors, coordinate error fixing, and resolve issues in the area of expertise

Qualification:

• University degree in pharmacy, biology, chemistry or comparable course of study
• Up to 1 year of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or Life Sciences Industry is a plus
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• Elementary level of knowledge of MS Office package
• Experience in working with LIMS and/or SAP desirable
• Maintain a thorough understanding of GMP regulations and ensure all data management practices comply with these standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled in researching and compiling relevant documents and information
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment
