Financial Analyst Corporate FP&A

About the job: Are you passionate about numbers and analysis? We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to elevate our financial planning and reporting processes. In this role, you will develop comprehensive reports, ensure accurate month-end closings, create dashboards for budgeting and forecasting, train local finance teams on financial systems, and maintain data integrity across all financial reports.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and creates reports including KPI measures used for management decisions and presentations
- Supports the month-end closing process, including the monthly preparation/update of audit files used by markets (countries) and FP&A to ensure high-quality reporting based on global guidelines
- Supports the forecasting and budgeting process by developing dashboards/reports used to analyze, compare, and review market submissions against the target
- Responsible for developing Excel templates to support markets in preparing their monthly presentations used for business reviews (actual, forecast and budget)
- Trains local finance teams in financial systems such as SAP BI (P&L, NWC, CAPEX) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Provides technical support in creating monthly, forecast, and budget business reports for markets
- Creates and supports the creation of business management reports for stakeholders, including but not limited to Management Committee (ManCo), Works Council, Senior Global Leadership Team (SGLT), and Townhall presentations
- Prepares ad-hoc analyses and analytical support for the FP&A department
- Ensures Data integrity of Group financials (actual, budget and forecast closing checks)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a focus on finance or a comparable degree
- A minimum of 3 years in a multinational company, accustomed to working in an international environment
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferable
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, experience with SAP (B4P/BWP)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to cope in a changing and fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new tasks
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize to meet deadlines and achieve results
