Role Purpose
We are currently seeking a Field Sales representative to build and manage relationships between Thornton & Ross and our independent pharmacy customers, to sustain and further develop our growing business, contributing towards achieving and exceeding yearly sales targets. Developing strong relationships with stakeholders and acting as a brand ambassador for T & R, you will make regular calls to customers in your territory area to process their sales orders and to be responsible for promotional sales campaigns, driving all new product launches within the customer base, advising on merchandising and POS as well as customer product education.
This entry level role will provide a strong stepping stone for someone with a foundation of field sales experience, looking to further develop their career into a Key Account Manager role and beyond longer term.

- An analytic mindset with some field sales experience ideally gained from within the FMCG sector.
- A results focused, tenacious approach with a strong track record of achieving sales targets through developing strong customer relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Solid commercial acumen and well developed communication and influencing skills.
- Excellent planning and organising skills to enable effective journey planning and maximising time with customers on a large territory area.
