Export Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary: UAB Stada Baltics is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our Export Hub operations. The successful candidate will ensure the quality of finished products, manage quality releases from the warehouse, address quality complaints, handle temperature excursions, and manage defects. Additionally, the Quality Assurance Manager will ensure that the Export Supply Chain Hub's wholesale distribution complies with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Good Distribution Practice (GDP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross functional team members in order to ensure the product quality is kept during the supply.
  • Evaluation of Quality`s Performance Metrics: monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance, including fill rate, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover.
  • Regular reporting to management on performance and initiatives.
  • Finished Product Quality: Ensure the quality assurance of all finished products in the Export Hub. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to uphold product integrity and compliance with standards.
  • Quality Release from Warehouse: handle the quality release process for products leaving the warehouse. Ensure all products meet the required specifications before distribution.
  • Quality Complaints: Address and investigate quality complaints related to exported products. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve issues.
  • Temperature Excursions: Monitor and manage temperature excursions during storage and transportation. Ensure proper documentation and corrective actions are taken for any deviations.
  • Defects Management: Identify and address product defects. Implement root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

           Compliance with Legislation and GDP: Ensure the Export Supply Chain Hub's wholesale distribution activities comply with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and European Good         Distribution Practice (GDP).Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Documentation Management: Oversee the management of all quality-related documentation. Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of quality control processes, corrective actions, and compliance activities. Develop and maintain a comprehensive documentation system that aligns with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (required).
  • Experience working as or closely with QA in a pharmaceutical company.
  • Certifications and Licenses: License to practice as a pharmacist (Vaistininko praktikos licencija) (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a wholesale distribution company holding Wholesale Distribution Authorization for Medicinal Products within the last 10 years (preferred).

 

Languages:

  • Proficiency in Lithuanian (required).
  • Proficiency in English (required).
  • Knowledge of Russian (preferred).

     Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office or similar software (required).
