Expert Associate – Global Artwork Management
Place of work: Belgrade (Skyline office)
About position:
Position responsibility will be in coordinating graphic design modifications for printed packaging materials (Artworks), ensuring compliance with relevant organizational units, evaluating the technical correctness of graphic solutions from contract partners and be involved in process/system improvement internally. Additionally, the role involves training new employees, and fostering open communication among team members and internal/external stakeholders.
Key responsibility:
- Process/System improvement (Identify opportunities for process/system improvements in Global artwork management workflows and contribute to refining procedures to enhance efficiency);
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., graphical agencies, affiliates, suppliers who are involved in Artwork process) to ensure the smooth execution of artworks from process/system perspective;
- Resolution of queries (open issues) / requests from artwork agencies, affiliates, global teams and internal/external stakeholders as 1st point of contact;
- Establish and build new databases for internal procedures, important documentation, guidelines;
- Checking-approving-maintaining documentation (Artwork related) in systems in use (SAP; GLAMS; Informa; OneDrive SharePoint)
Required qualification:
- Faculty of Technology; Pharmacy; Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- At least 1 year of working experience
- Advanced knowledge of the English language (B2/C1); other languages will be considered as advantage
- Proficiency of MS Office package; Adobe Acrobat;
