Executive Vice President (EVP) Assistant - for STADA Group

Location: Belgrade (Occasional travel to Bad Vilbel included)

 

What you can expect:

  • You support the Executive Vice President (member of the STADA Executive Committee) and his leadership team independently and proactively in all organizational and administrative matters (e.g. travel, events, workplace maintenance, meetings)
  • You are responsible for the planning, coordination and booking of worldwide business trips, including visa applications, preparation of travel documents and travel expense accounting
  • Responsible for the preparation and follow-up of meetings, committee meetings, function- and team events in terms of content and organization
  • Interacting with the Global Portfolio Team for preparation and follow up of meetings and events
  • You are the first point of contact and interface to the direct reports of the Management Board and external stakeholders
  • Process enquiries and international correspondence in German and English
  • You take on smaller projects independently and assist the two Portfolio Heads (CHC and Generics) when and where needed, for example for the organization of Portfolio events.
  • Classic calendar management 

 

Who we are looking for: 

  • Several years of experience as an (executive) assistant at senior management level in a large and fast paced corporate environment
  • Proactive and routined in managing schedules/travel plans/daily agendas and respond to the individual needs of the EVP
  • Challenge oriented person, take ownership and enjoy driving new topics forward, capable to manage ad hoc issues promptly
  • Experienced in collaborating with cross-country teams and in organizing events 
  • You would describe yourself as flexible and service-orientated
  • You have a talent for communication and are fluent in English (mandatory) and German if possible
  • You have University degree
