Eurasia eCommerce Manager (eGroceries)

Role Purpose:
To expand STADA’s footprint in the growing eGrocery segment in Kazakhstan and beyond by driving digital sales, building partnerships, and optimizing online product presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute digital trade strategies to drive sales growth through platform promotions and bundle offers.
• Optimize product visibility and content on eGrocery platforms (product images, copy)
• Develop and manage partnerships with local eGrocery leaders and last-mile delivery integration
• Analyze sales performance and shopper behavior to identify growth opportunities
• Ensure a seamless content and pricing presence across multiple eGrocery platforms
• Act as the Kazakhstan eGrocery lead while coordinating with other Eurasia markets

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce, Trade Marketing, or Digital Sales, preferably in FMCG or pharma
• Proven experience working with grocery aggregators or delivery platforms
• Strong understanding of Kazakhstan’s digital retail and shopper behavior
• Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with external partners
• Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data reporting tools (Excel)
• Proficiency in Russian and English (Kazakh is a strong advantage)
