STADA - Emerging Markets - Market & Business Intelligence, Senior Associate
HCMC | Viet Nam (VN) | Full-time | Fix-term
The Market & Business Intelligence, Senior Associate will be responsible for providing actionable market & business insights. You will also be a key member in business transformation & expansion projects to foster growth at STADA Emerging Markets.
This role will report directly to Emerging Markets – Market & Business Intelligence Manager
Responsibilities
* Market & Business Intelligence Reporting:
• Assist line manager in preparing market & business presentations for EM leadership team
• Deliver market & sector insights and assist in developing points of views on potential opportunities and challenges in growth markets and sub sectors (healthcare, pharma, consumer health) based on quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Assist commercial & BD teams in refining business forecasting model in major business review cycles, NPD and launch planning
* Business transformation & expansion projects:
• Performs advanced data analysis and conducts research for issue identification & solution development
• Assist line manager in building, formulating and presenting strategic recommendations
• Assist line manager in development of project deliveries and detailed documentation
• Assist in cross-function and cross-country team management to ensure timely project deliverables
Requirements
* Education and Background:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in life sciences or economics/business
• Relevant internship or working experience in healthcare consulting is preferrable
• At least 5 years of total working experience in multi-cultural environment
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Fluent in English to effectively communicate with stakeholders across functions & country territories
• High familiarity with pharma and consumer health datasets
* Skills
• Experienced in managing data collection and analysis and resourceful with excellent research and analytical skills
• Strong ability to transform quantitative and qualitative data into insights relating to country, sector and consumer trends, competitive intelligence
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude
• Sense of ownership, self-learner and quick to adopt new knowledge and technical skills
