Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Portfolio Assistant to support our extensive data entry work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with proven experience in Excel and project management. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our portfolio management processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform extensive data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial reports and portfolio documentation.
  • Utilize Excel to manage and analyze large datasets, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Support project management activities, including tracking project progress, updating timelines, and coordinating with various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Portfolio Management team to streamline processes and improve data management practices.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for all portfolio-related activities.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data entry, financial analysis, and project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

 

Preferred Skills:

 

  • Experience in the Pharmaceuticals industry or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling and analysis techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying and solving problems.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
