E-commerce Manager   

Almaty | Kazakhstan (KZ) | Full-time | Permanent | Sales & Marketing & Customer Service | Professionals 

 

Reporting to the Strategic Digital Marketing Lead, you contribute to the deployment of the E-commerce in Eurasia region for all ranges of STADA products.

 

In this context, you will be required to:

  • Build sales of OTC products in the e-commerce channel in cooperation with marketing and trade departments.

  • Ensure the proper digital deployment of activation campaigns on the different channels (examples: digital media and social networks/website/retail etc.). Propose recommendations based on the results (product optimization, new support campaign, optimization of the sales pitch, etc.).

  • Acquiring new clients and conducting meetings with them, presenting the offer, negotiating terms, and concluding commercial contracts.

  • Monitoring the market, competition activities and market trends in the field of E-commerce.

  • Measure performance and ensure budget monitoring. Ensure monitoring of the profitability of the projects developed.

  • Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

  • Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through, and offering code performance.
     

Potential candidates should have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in E-commerce, additional experience in digital marketing is a plus.

  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or e-commerce market.

  • Attention to details, conflict resolution skills, adaptability, problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset, proactivity.

  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

  • Independence in action.

  • Strong MS Office skills.

  • English – Advanced level.
