District Sale Manager

Location: An Giang, Đồng Tháp, Hậu Giang, Kiên Giang

 

Position Overview: The District Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales and achieving business objectives within their assigned geographical area. Responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, the District Sales Manager ensures the effective execution of sales strategies to promote pharmaceutical products. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on sales management to maximize revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
    • Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to sales representatives.
    • Foster a collaborative and motivated team culture focused on achieving sales targets.
  2. Sales Strategy Execution:
    • Develop and implement sales plans aligned with company objectives and market trends.
    • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies as necessary.
    • Utilize data analytics and sales metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and other stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to provide product education and support to customers.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Territory Management:
    • Allocate resources effectively to maximize coverage and penetration within the assigned district.
    • Develop territory action plans and prioritize activities to optimize sales opportunities.
    • Regularly evaluate market potential and adjust resource allocation accordingly.
  5. Compliance and Ethics:
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
    • Provide guidance and training to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, pharmacy, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales management, with experience in both ethical prescription medications and OTC products.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and sales management tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned district as needed.
