Digital Transformation Manager – Regulatory, Medical & Clinical Affairs

About the job:
As a Digital Transformation Manager – Regulatory, Medical & Clinical Affairs, you will be responsible for leading our digital initiatives in the areas of regulatory, medical, and clinical affairs. You will drive innovations by identifying, implementing, and optimizing digital transformation opportunities, ensuring continuous improvement of our processes and systems. You will act as a bridge between various departments and promote collaboration and communication to achieve significant added value through digital projects.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for proactively identifying and designing digital transformation opportunities within the regulatory, medical, and clinical affairs areas, ensuring that each initiative delivers significant added value
  • Inependently lead the implementation of low-code solutions using tools like Power Automate, PowerApps, SharePoint, and other Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms, ensuring they align with IT strategies and compliance requirements
  • Drive the strategic introduction of AI technologies, particularly Generative AI (GenAI), by evaluating their potential, leading implementations, and ensuring they meet departmental requirements.
  • Take ownership of digital projects from conception to execution, ensuring they are value-oriented, strategically aligned, and offer measurable improvements.
  • Effectively represent the interests of various stakeholders, promote collaboration between departments, and ensure transparent communication throughout the project cycles.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize digital processes to ensure they are efficient and aligned with evolving business goals.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, natural sciences, or a related field. Alternatively, you have relevant vocational training and bring years of experience in the mentioned areas
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital transformation roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Extensive experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, SharePoint) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools
  • Knowledge of AI technologies, including GenAI, with the ability to evaluate their applicability and lead implementation strategies
  • Proven track record of independently leading comprehensive projects and achieving value-oriented results
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at various levels of the organization
  • Possess strong analytical skills, with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Affinity for digitalization and the development of structured processes. 
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
