Culture & People Business Partner - Packaging Center
Location: Vršac

 

About the job: As the Culture & People Business Partner, you will support managers and stakeholders in various human resources matters, ensuring alignment with company values and compliance with labor laws. In this role, you will play an active part in decision-making processes, oversee budget forecasting for personnel costs, and effectively manage essential HR processes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Establishes, develops, and maintains partner relationships, provides support to managers and key stakeholders
  • Participates in decision-making and resolves all human resources domain issues
  • Ensures alignment of activities with the vision and values and company goals
  • Advises managers on culture and people (HR)-related issues in line with company values, goals, and labor law
  • Clearly communicates culture and people (HR) processes to management and employees
  • Actively participates in decision-making processes related to culture and people within their area of responsibility
  • Implements and controls the cost forecasting and control process in the business partner sector
  • Controls the budget of personnel and earnings at the level of organizational units for which they are responsible
  • Signals and proposes solutions to retain and motivate employees
  • Reviews work and decisions related to culture and people in their area of responsibility
  • Establishes and maintains the reputation of a good employer through all HR processes, primarily selection, onboarding, and exit interviews

 

Qualifications:

  • University degree (preferably in the field of Human Resources)
  • Previous work experience in positions such as HRBP or similar positions in human resources, preferably in a multinational company
  • Excellent knowledge of English - written and spoken (at least B2 level)
  • Good understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Knowledge of labor law
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office package
