Job Summary
STADA GETM is seeking an exceptionally talented, extremely hands-on, growth mindset, strategic HR leader with a passion for establishing and developing HR strategies. The Culture & People lead, will be a business partner with the leadership team of GETM as well as lead some key regional projects.
What You Can Expect:
- You are a key member of the GETM Leadership team and Emerging Market Culture & People team, making a difference.
- You will act as the primary contact for employee queries and advise line managers on C&P-related topics.
- You will further develop the Culture & People Agenda for GETM countries and be empowered to implement it successfully.
- You will set up SOPs and ensure compliance to the C&P SOPs
- You will be the change ambassador to drive organizational transformation and growth.
- You will build the recruitment strategy and run the A-Z recruitment process to hire the right talent.
- You will create and implement local policies to ensure alignment with local market and global STADA policies and practices.
- You will design and deliver onboarding, training, and development programs.
- You will handle employee data in HR enterprise systems, manage employee files, and deliver reports.
- You will deliver C&P projects in the GETM region.
Who We Are Looking For:
- You are currently based in Egypt, have work experience in Egypt and experience with other GETM countries, (LATAM, Africa, Turkey+ & Southeast Asia) would be preferred
- You have 8-10 years of HR experience and HRBP experience in a fast-paced environment.
- You are an energetic, self-driven leader with a growth mindset.
- You have experience working with senior leaders and coaching them on the HR agenda.
- You can work in a matrix organization in a multinational environment.
- You are an excellent communicator.
