Hemofarm is the leading supplier of medicines in Serbia and one of the most significant hubs of STADA Group. Within a newly established Shared Services for Finance, we are looking for a Controller & Data Scientist to develop and support business analytics for Stada European Markets. In this role you will be counterpart for business analytics and reporting in Europe.

Your responsibilities

The Controller & Data Scientist is primarily responsible for analytics and reporting related tasks, including further developing and maintaining a PowerBI [PBI] platform. This role includes improving data architecture, building automated reports and further business analyses for all European Markets.

• Developing and maintaining state-of-the art analytics and reporting for European Markets based on PowerBI

• Providing analytical and operational support for various financial processes (Month-End Closing, Budget, Forecast, Ad-Hoc)

• Automizing month-end closing activities including Financial Statements Reconciliation, Cost Assessments and Allocations and preparing various legally required External Reports

Your qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in business economics, finance, accounting or equivalent combination of education or data science/ business intelligence studies and related experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role in a mid to large corporation or in a Big 4 environment

• Capable of Interpretation of Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) and analysis to monitor business performance

• Proficiency in relevant basic tools, as MS Excel/PowerPoint and SAP. And especially know how and eagerness to lean business intelligences tools, as PowerBI
