Commercial Project Manager

We are looking for a Commercial Project Manager to our ambitious and growing team to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of projects in the organization. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Area of responsibility: manage strategic development programs / portfolios / projects in Eurasia Region (11 countries).
  • Project Planning: develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Communication: communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment, enable efficient cross-functional communication to ensure delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish quality standards and processes to ensure deliverables meet project requirements.
  • Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize bottlenecks.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts within the team or with stakeholders in a timely and constructive manner.
  • Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and objectives while minimizing impact on project delivery.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project charters, work breakdown structures, Gantt charts, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements for prospective candidates: 

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, project management, or engineering.
  • Certifications: relevant certification is highly desirable (PMP – Project Management Professional, CSM – Certified ScrumMaster, etc.)
  • Technical proficiency for project management: proficiency in project management software and tools (MS Project, Azure DevOps, Trello, Jira, etc.), and a good understanding of relevant technical concepts and terminology
  • General technical proficiency: Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with BI (Business Intelligence) solutions (preferably Power BI).
  • Soft skills for project management: attention to details, conflict resolution skills, adaptability, problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset, proactivity.
  • Foreign languages proficiency: Enlgish - Advanced level.
