Location : UK wide Field based role, with some travel to head office in Huddersfield, W.Yorks

Role Purpose

 

Due to our expanding portfolio, this newly created role will play a key part in delivering Hospital and Specialty sales performance though tender and contract execution and achieving sales growth via successful tenders and hospital product negotiations though wholesalers, private hospitals, and customer expansion. You will collaborate with the Tender and Bids Coordinator to submit, plan, track and anticipate future NHS and other tenders/contracts, and own contract compliance across our entire portfolio.

You’ll have an opportunity to really put your own stamp on this role as you implement systems and processes to maximise sales performance and build relationships with both new and existing customers within the NHS, B2B organisations and wholesalers, develop commercial agreements and seek future opportunities.

  • Knowledge of the NHS and pharma industry essential with experience of NHS tender submissions though England & home nations portals
  • Strong negotiation skills and ideally experience of selling pharmaceuticals or healthcare products to large wholesale accounts
  • ABPI qualification highly desirable
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Well developed stakeholder management skills and the ability to build long term partnerships
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Able to think strategically with tactical ability
  • Ideally situated in the Midlands/North West/Yorkshire for travel purposes
