STADA UK Thornton & Ross – Channel Controller (Discount & High Street Accounts)

Field Based | U.K. | Full-time | Permanent

 

We are currently in search of a dedicated Channel Controller who will be is responsible for leading and growing critical partnerships within our UK Discount sector and management of a team to achieve the STADA UK business objectives.  You will enable results delivery through partnering closely with strategically important customers such as Home Bargains and B&M to drive sales, profit, distribution, new product launches, brand visibility and promotional activity. You’ll get to work on a wide variety of brands across Home Hygiene, OTC and Derma, many of which are number are number 1 or 2 leaders in their respective categories.   

 

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Lead the Discounter/High Street channel strategy aligned to STADA’s growth objectives.
  • Encourage a high-performance team culture of results delivery, reward & recognition, and people development.
  • Total P&L accountability through to EBITDA level.
  • Lead customer JBP’s to grow sales, market share and visibility share within the channel above the competition.
  • Build strategic alignment through top-to-top engagement, customer relationship management and performance.
  • Accelerate growth through building opportunities for the STADA UK business through channel opportunities.
  • Be the customer champion and voice of the customer within STADA UK.

What We Are Looking For

  • A proven track record of driving growth strategy across the UK Discounters at a strategic level and strong knowledge of the channel.
  • Expertise in driving growth and delivering strong results through customer, channel, and market insights.
  • An expert negotiator at Category Director and Senior Buyer level with the ability to identify and win incremental profitable opportunities for the organization.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence various stakeholders.
  • Established P&L ownership experience and leading JBP’s.
  • Robust organizational and project management skills, adept at multitasking and prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
  • A champion of ethics who promotes integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism consistently.
  • Full UK driving license.
