Business Unit Head CHC & OTC
Location: Bratislava

To support our global growth and the digitalization of our commercial processes, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Business Unit Manager Consumer Healthcare to join our team.

Objectives

Contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success in OTC/CHC segment.

Expertise needed for the Role

  • University Degree in Medical Sciences, Economics or related studie
  • Proven managerial experience of minimum 3 years in Consumer Healthcare and/or FMCG
  • Excellent knowledge of best practices in people management
  • Experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of English language and PC literacy
  • Keys to success in this role include business-oriented way of thinking, customer & quality orientation, leadership skills, project management, achievement drive, strategic thinking and innovation

Overall Purpose of the Role

  • Enhance the Business Development and Operations Management of the unit
  • Special Relationships and Contacts:
    • Internal – communication with General Manager, Global Executive Management, Product Managers, Commercial Team, Sales Force Team Manager, other Medical representatives, Medical & Regulatory Manager
    • External – cross-Functional Collaboration - foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and retailers.
  • Product Management
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Build and expand strong relationships with new and existing strategic customers by continuously proposing solutions that exceed their expectations
  • Drive continuous quality improvements of provided services and functions
  • Participate in commercial, pricing and marketing policies of the business unit
  • Actively participate in Strategic Business Plan and Annual Action Plans to support the company’s operations strategy in collaboration with the General Manager
  • Develop optimum budgets working together with key participants and prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts using key account metrics
  • Ensure a high-quality and high-volume productivity, profitability and productivity of business unit
  • Build, manage and maintain a strong talent pipeline
