About the Business unit Consumer Health Care

This department is responsible for the growth of our CHC Brands. It consist of the CHC marketing team and the CHC Pharma and Medical sales team.

The department is in lead of the marketing and sales plans, campaigns, the client contacts and so on. The goal is to achieve the yearly targets, acting in line with our values.

About your role

The Sales & Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting the marketing pharma sales team and to follow up the correct administrative roll out of all decisions.  This by building and maintaining good relations with internal and external stakeholders.

You report to the Business Unit CHC Director.

You have direct contact with different departments: pharma care, business intelligence and finance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Unit Director, Sales and Marketing Manager and some of the team members.
• Organize sales events and support their execution.
• Maintain customer databases and support order processing.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with budget tracking and invoicing.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials.
• Stock management and delivery management of marketing materials.
• Update sales reports.
• Support the team on all questions linked to sales support tools (SAP – Mobirep – PIT)Keeping team databases and workflows up to date.
• Together with the other Sales and Marketing Assistant you work on common projects.
• Take the lead of the Teams and Sharepoint structure of the team

Required profile

• One of your strengths is administration and follow up of tasks in time

• You are fluent in Dutch and French
• You're open-minded, collaborative, team player and ready to adapt to the changing needs
