About the Supply Chain department

The EG Supply Chain Department ensures our products are procured and produced on time by our internal and external suppliers, are available to our customers at the right time, in the right quantity, in the right place and in the right artworks in line with the company’s purpose

 

About your role

Does connecting with internal and external stakeholders give you energy? Would you like to ensure EG’s products are delivered to the market in the latest artwork versions? Do you have an eagle eye for details? Are you able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively? And are you interested in driving the growth of our 3 business units (Generics, Consumer Health Care, Specialty Care), each having their own dynamics?

Then you are the Artworks Coordinator we are looking for!

 

How you can make an impact

  • Ensure desk top publishing activities are executed based on the SOPs and work instructions for all required components of primary and secondary packaging, including making mockups (draft versions) for National Health Authority registrations; this also by keeping a close connection with our external desk top publishing service provider. Artwork changes will be made by both you and the external partner, depending on the types of changes and your workload.
  • Drive the internal artworks process forward through the correct flow from the start to the final approval, whilst ensuring all process steps and milestones are adhered to by your internal stakeholders from Supply Chain Planning, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Affairs, Marketing, Business Development, STADA headquarters and external stakeholders from suppliers.
  • Ensure correct archiving and documenting of artwork versions in SAP ePP and GLAMS.
  • Follow up of obsolete materials with internal and external suppliers.
  • Flag process bottlenecks when they occur and suggest improvements.

             

What we are looking for

  • Motivated, Energetic and Passionate (MEP)
  • You act in line with our values: Integrity, Entrepreneurship, Agility and One Stada.
  • Experience in desk top publishing is a plus, however not a hard requirement
  • Good teamplayer, strong communicator with solid interpersonal savvy
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
