About the Culture & People Department
The C&P Department serves as a strategic partner to the business, working collaboratively with all departments to support the company's mission and objectives.
The C&P Department is responsible for talent acquisition, performance management, culture & employee relations, training & development and compensation & benefits.
The team consists of the director & 2 team members responsible for all day-to-day activities & administration. They also support the C&P Director on specific C&P projects.
About your role
The Culture & People Director is responsible for developing and implementing local C&P strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives and with the STADA global policies & strategy in close collaboration with the General Manager and the local leadership team. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of the C&P function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations. The Culture & People Director will report to the General Manager and will be part of the local leadership team.
How you can make an impact
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the local & global company's business objectives, while ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
- Oversee the full recruitment, onboarding & payroll process.
- Oversee employee relations, resolving conflicts and promoting a positive & culture driven work environment.
- Manage the performance management system to evaluate and improve employee performance, provide coaching and training to managers and employees as needed.
- Lead training, development & talent programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the company's business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to design and implement compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations, including employee contracts and other legal requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to People Leaders on C&P-related issues and foster a culture of ‘Attitude accelerates Performance’ within the organization.
- Pro-actively look for new opportunities or improvements to increase efficiency & effectivity of all C&P initiatives & offerings.
- Communicate the companies’ vision & culture both internally and externally to support our employer brand.
- You are part of the local Leadership Team and work together with them, acting as a trusted advisor & change agent.
What we are looking for
- Motivated, Energetic and Passionate (MEP)
- You act in line with our values: Integrity, Entrepreneurship, Agility and One Stada.
- Master’s degree in human resources or related field. Previous HR Management experience for min 5 years is a must, experience as HR in a pharma or sales & marketing environment is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Belgium.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of creating and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive positive business results.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Fluent in Dutch, French & English.
