About the Department sales pharma

 

This department consists of 2 sales teams: the private pharma team and the key account pharma team. The department is in lead of the sales structure, the sales team, the client contacts and the sales conditions for each type of client. The goal is to achieve the yearly targets, acting in line with our values.

 

About your role

 

The sales assistant pharma is responsible for supporting the pharma sales team and to follow up the correct administrative roll out of all decisions.  This by building and maintaining good relations with internal and external stakeholders.

You report into the sales managers pharma, and you work in team with the key account managers and regional sales managers.

You have direct contact with different departments:  pharma care, business intelligence, finance and marketing.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support to the sales managers
    • Provide weekly and monthly reports
    • support on organizational team tasks
  • build and maintain contact with clients
  • in the lead of the communication flow between clients and the marketing department
  • support the team on all questions linked to sales support tools (SAP- Mobirep-PIT)
  • in the lead of the financial administration of the pharma sales team
    • discount flow
    • invoices and PO management
  • Keeping team databases and workflows up to date
  • Together with pharma care you control the order flow and logic of the clients
  • Together with the other sales and marketing assistants you work on common projects
  • In the lead of the Teams and SharePoint structure of the team

  • Min. bachelor’s degree
