Brand Manager   

Warsaw | Poland (PL) | Full-time | Fix-term 

 

Your primary objective will be to develop and implement innovative brand strategies that resonate with our target audience. You will be responsible for crafting compelling marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels, and fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Your expertise will greatly contribute to enhancing our market presence and driving brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to glean insights on consumer needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and market access, to ensure a cohesive approach to brand management.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively to optimise brand investments.
  • Lead the creation of advertising materials and promotional content that engages our audience and highlights the unique value of our products.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Foster relationships with industry influencers and media to enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to ensure our brand remains competitive.
  • Conduct regular presentations to internal stakeholders on brand performance and strategies.

 

About You:
To excel in this role, you should have a solid background in brand management, preferably within the consumer healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors. Your creative thinking and analytical skills will be key to developing strategies that captivate our audience. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within a cross-functional team environment.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management or marketing, ideally within the consumer healthcare space.
  • Strong understanding of market research and analytics tools.
  • A collaborative mindset with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluent in English, additional language skills will be an advantage.
