Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, compile, and regularly assess market and competitor information. Plan and conduct market data analysis.
  • Build strategies, marketing plans, and implement marketing activities for the assigned products to enhance awareness of the company and its offerings.
  • Implement and promote activities for including drugs in tenders with reasonable quotas, while increasing sales ratios within those tenders.
  • Develop and conduct product training sessions, product strategy sessions, and skill development for the sales team.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales periodically, assess the effectiveness of marketing activities and policies.
  • Execute logistics and marketing tasks for the product: product labeling, advertising brochures, gimmicks, forecasting and tracking sales, sales targets, coordinate and support the production planning, inventory, and transportation departments, price listing, price adjustments, and marketing policy modifications.
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (BM), working in a multinational company is an advantage.
  • Experience with OTC and ETC products.
  • Knowledge of the market, market research methods, and competitor analysis.
  • Project management and event organization skills.
  • Understanding of government documents, circulars, decrees regarding drug procurement policies and regulatory management of pharmaceuticals.
  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Honest, with a high sense of responsibility, and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in English in the workplace.
  • Proficient in office software and work support tools.
