What you can expect
- You support post-approval life cycle management and maintenance activities
- You assist in the preparation of regulatory documents needed for submission to Health Authorities
- You handle dossier documents in document management software
- You prepare eCTD sequences using publishing software
- You track submission and approval dates in the regulatory information management system (RIMS) database for regulatory procedures
- You update project trackers for registration and variation procedures
- You support the Regulatory Affairs team on an ad hoc basis, such as in the development of presentations and documents
Who we are looking for
- You are a student of Pharmacy, Biology, or another Life Sciences field (Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate)
- You are curious, passionate about learning about the Regulatory Affairs role in a multinational pharmaceutical company
- You bring analytical and very good self-organization skills to handle activities independently
- You have excellent communication skills, written and verbal in Englisch, German and additional language is a plus
- You have strong user proficiency with common Microsoft Office applications
- You are flexible to work in a cross-functional team
