What you can expect

As a working student in Portfolio Management Generics, you will work closely with portfolio and project management as well as the corresponding committees and committees for the development of new products.

• You support the implementation of a 1P! project (consisting of conception, testing, training, data migration and hyper care support)
• You will assist in the analysis of scenarios and the assessment of their impact on the global portfolio and strategic fit
• You will carry out scenario analyses, support the development of business cases and provide recommendations for strategic decision-making within the Global Portfolio function
• You will work on the continuous improvement of systems and processes for the development of new products, including the provision and maintenance of relevant data and information with
• You take care of data maintenance to ensure high data quality and consistency
• You will assist in maintaining, updating and setting up the required Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure a state-of-the-art system, process and data management
   

Who we are looking for

• You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, preferably in business administration or computer science
• Ideally, you already have some project management experience
• You have excellent analytical skills and are able to interpret complex data and gain meaningful insights
• You are able to work in a team and communicate effectively
• You are fluent in English and good in German
• You are willing to work 20 hours a week
