Supply Chain Analyst (f/m/d)

What you can expect

The Supply Chain Analyst (SCA) has broad ranging responsibilities in all aspects of Inhouse Supply Chain and is responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day Inhouse supply chain business results are achieved. This role combines analysis and reporting along with hands-on application within Site Supply Chain and Site departments, as well a Global Supply Chain and Operations to ensure excellence in the overall performance of the operations. The SCA will own weekly and monthly data preparation and KPI reporting of Site Inhouse Supply Chain. 

 

  • You support the Site Supply Chain Head in all aspects of day-to-day operations to ensure that the day-to-day site supply chain business results are achieved
  • You have deep understanding of all Supply Chain activities such as APO/SAP planning processes, Inventory Management, Supply Issues Management and Purchasing
  • You liaise with Site department' Heads to gather required information for critical KPIs and corrective actions
  • You create monthly Supply Chain KPI MBR report, preparation for business reviews, analyze gaps vs target as well as define actions in cooperation with Supply Network Planners, Production Planners and Purchasers

 

Who we are looking for

  • You have post-secondary education degree in pharmaceutical business, with a focus on supply chain management, inventory control, manufacturing, or materials management or a Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • You have minimum 2 years of supply chain and operations experience required
  • You have experience with Supply Chain Management (SCM) software (ideally APO), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (ideally SAP)
  • You have good understanding of integrated supply chain and logistics concepts and theories (ideally MRP2 and Lean Management)
  • You bring hands-on experience with logistics, inventory management, and planning
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in german and englisch
  • You have strong analytical skills and bring exceptional attention to detail
  • You are a strong problem solver and you are able to create solutions to challenges in an expedient manner
  • You have excellent computer skills (e.g. MS-XL, Database applications, reporting cockpits, Power BI)
