Starting Material Manager API (f/m/d)   

Bad Vilbel | Germany (DE) | Full-time | Permanent | Procurement & Supply Chain | All target groups 

 

What you can expect:

  • You will be responsible for project management of the qualification of new Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) for commercial production.
  • You interface with all technical departments contributing to the API qualification process, in particular Quality, Manufacturing Science & Technology, Regulatory Affairs and Production.
  • You communicate with international API suppliers to obtain all project-related information and documentation.
  • You coordinate project evaluation activities and prepare project approval in the Supply Point Committee.
  • You track the status and financial impact of the Starting Material Management Projects.
  • Collection, editing and evaluation of data of markets and suppliers as well as benchmarking

 

Who we are looking for: 

  • You should have a university degree (BSC or higher) in life sciences, preferably chemistry or pharmacy.
  • You should have three to five years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Project Management, Quality or Regulatory Affairs.
  • Knowledge of the global API market and EU-GMP principles would be a plus.
  • You should have a global mindset and enjoy intercultural cooperation.
  • You should have a persuasive personality aiming to identify win-win solutions.
  • You should have fluent proficiency in spoken and written English
