Senior Product Manager Global Specialty Care (f/m/d)

What you can expect

• You adapt positioning, branding and messaging to broader future indication
• You lead cross functional core team for the launch of a new product, act as a catalyst and support the countries with the launch execution ensuring launch readiness and coordinating and supervising local implementation concepts
• You develop and implement EU brand plan and support countries with implementation  
• You define critical success factors and KPIs; manage forecasting, budgeting, etc.
• You facilitate sharing of best practices between countries and ensure affiliates are kept informed of strategic developments and activities
• You train country product managers, Be a sparring partner for country PMs
• You prepare and manage internal/external meetings and events
• You work closely with the Medical department to ensure campaigns are planned and executed compliant to rules
• You manage marketing projects and daily relationships with external partners (e.g. agencies) and manage key international external events crucial for awareness and success
• You manage alliances with partners 

Who we are looking for

• You hold an academic degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Medicine or other relevant degree
• You have several years of relevant work experience within the pharmaceutical industry and strong track record of success, ideally in nephrology and/or immunology
• You have launch experience, ideally with orphan drugs
• You ideally have an existing KOL network in nephrology
• You bring the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• You bring the ability to work in and lead cross functional teams
• You have excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate complex matters in a simple and compelling way, additional language preferable (German skills are helpful)
• You enjoy a working environment with a high level of drive, flexibility, and agility and are willing to travel
